Slow Day Farm grows fruit and vegetables in Southwest Austin using the principles of regenerative agriculture and holistic management. We do not use any chemicals, pesticides or fertilizers, and we derive our compost from our chickens and livestock. We started soil remediation in 2025 and opened our first farm stand in May of 2026. In a world that seems to be speeding up, we provide an opportunity for folks to slow down and enjoy a moment of simplicity while connecting to a local food source.
